2006, IMEX Green Meeting Award - Gold, presented to the US Green Building Council for greening practices implemented at their annual conference in conjunction with Meeting Strategies Worldwide.

2006, IMEX Green Meeting Award - Silver, presented to Sierra Club for the environmentally responsible meeting practices used at their inaugural summit. Meeting Strategies Worldwide was hired as their green meeting consultant.

2006, "It's not easy being green" Award presented by Portland Oregon Visitors Association to Meeting Strategies Worldwide for fostering environmentally friendly business practices or programs that enhance Oregon's exceptional quality of life.

2004, IMEX Environmentally Responsible Meeting Award, awarded to the Green Build International Conference based on work done in partnership with Meeting Strategies Worldwide.

2003, IMEX Environmentally Responsible Meetings Award, for work done on the 2002 Forest Leadership Forum, one of the greenest conferences ever held in the USA.
