"Let Us Green Your Event" Package

If you're planning an event that you want to be as green as possible, this package delivers a personalized combination of improved processes and hands-on oversight. We work directly with you at every step, from the strategy and planning process to oversight of the event and extensive reporting afterward. We'll open up the MeetGreen® toolbox and help you create green strategies and work with a variety of suppliers to guarantee and implement green practices. We'll also monitor the actual event so you can ensure planning has translated to practices, and provide comprehensive analysis after your event to show you how green it was - and if it might be possible to improve it even more next time.

This package includes:

One copy of "Simple Steps to Green Meetings and Events." This book is filled cover-to-cover with best practices, tips and resources for making your events environmentally friendly.
An inventory of existing information for an ongoing event, using the MeetGreen® Calculator to create a benchmark and show you how we assess your event.
An introduction to the MeetGreen® Toolbox. We'll familiarize you with all the tools it contains, starting the process of greening your planning and the forms you use. We'll work with you to develop three to five specific greening strategies for your event.
Negotiating green contract language with all your suppliers, including addenda for existing contracts. We'll also communicate your expectations for on-site compliance to all the suppliers.
One of our green experts attending pre-event meetings with suppliers to address any compliance issues, and then being on-site at the event to ensure compliance and gather data for post-event analysis.
A detailed report after the event, prepared using the MeetGreen® Calculator to document the results of your greening efforts and recommend strategies for future events.
