Post-Conference
After the conference is over there is still a considerable amount of work to be done. Meeting Strategies Worldwide provides post conference evaluations and summaries from attendees as well as reporting information for the organizing committee. Reconciling the hotel, convention center, audio visual, food and beverage and exhibit decorator bills is integral to producing the final budget numbers. We also make sure all leftover and conference management items are shipped back to the organization or are donated to local charities. We work with the organizers from the beginning of the process to develop the tracking mechanisms and survey information necessary for the conference history and planning for future events.
Reports
- Provide post-conference feedback and send client a summary with recommendations for future conferences.
- Develop exhibitor evaluations, compile results, and provide client with report of results.
Green Measures
Present summary of green practices undertaken at event as well as quantitative outcomes for those practices, including such things as amount of carbon offsets purchased, materials recycled and food composted.
