Program Design

Meeting Strategies Worldwide has an extensive history with academic and scientific conferences. We understand that the flow of a conference and the length of time humans can sit comfortably can greatly affect the learning environment. Our depth of understanding runs the gamut from the "Call for Papers," tracking submissions, reviewing papers and maintaining the strict guidelines, to upholding the integrity of the process. We also work with invited speakers on contract negotiations, special requirements, their travel and housing.
